Yes, we recommend you take home samples. You may love the sample in the showroom, but not some much at home. Different lighting can make your floor look different. Make sure to look at you’re flooring in different lighting throughout the day.

Yes, we require a 50% deposit before we order product.

We call the day before the installation and tell you when to expect the installer. Most of time they arrive in the morning.

We use subcontractors. Our sub-contractors have been with us for 5-20 years. They are all licensed and insured.

No, you don’t have to be home. We will need someone to leave us in. A lot of times our regular customers will leave a key or door open for us.

Transitions are the in between pieces that go in between two different types of flooring to create a good transition.

No. We will come to your home and design with products that will fit your lifestyle, space and budget. We also measure for free and can give you an estimate if you are interested.
